To ensure the best possible experience for all my clients, I ask that you please take a moment to review my policies. These guidelines are in place to ensure a seamless, enjoyable, and professional experience for all clients. APPOINTMENT BOOKING & CONFIRMATION - CONFIRMATION : You will receive a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Kindly confirm our appointment to avoid any scheduling issues. - FOREIGN FILLS : I specialize in creating flawless, customized lash extensions tailored exclusively to my clients. If you have existing extensions from another lash artist, please book a removal followed by a full set. I do not work over another lash artist work. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING - CANCELLATION : I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked will apply. - RESCHEDULING : Should you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fee. Rescheduling is based on availability. LATE ARRIVALS - LATE POLICY : If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a rescheduled appointment or a shortened service. In either case, you are still responsible for the full payment of the session. NO-SHOW POLICY - NO-SHOW : If you miss an appointment without prior notice, a No-Show fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged. If you repeatedly cancel or No-Show for your appointment, your ability to book future appointments may be restricted or revoked. PAYMENTS - To secure your appointment a card is required on file but will not be charged until the service is completed. - Cash or Card accepted. ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES - HEALTH & SAFETY : If you have any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your lash service, please inform me prior to your appointment. - PATCH TEST : For first-time clients or clients with sensitive skin, I highly recommend a patch test to avoid any adverse reactions. AFTERCARE - AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS : To ensure your lashes last, please follow the aftercare instructions provided after your appointment. - REILL/TOUCH-UP : Lash fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks, anything after 3 weeks may require a full set. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - CORRECTIONS : If you are unhappy with your lash service, please contact me within 48 hours so I can correct it free of charge. After this period, a correction fee may apply. PRIVACY - CONFIDENTIALITY : Your privacy is important to me. Your personal and appointment information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
